The products ensure the individual sealing of district heating pipes in core drill holes or casing pipes. Various solutions are used to achieve the optimum sealing result.

Advantages:

Seal optimally adapted to the respective pipe manufacturer

Scope of delivery:

1 piece of press seal
Stainless steel clip rings (only for WRD seals)
1 piece Isoring split (only for WRD seals)

Dimensions:

Sealing width 40, 60, 80 or 90 mm (depending on the corrugated pipe)

Properties:

Clip rings according to the profile of the respective corrugated pipe manufacturer (only for WRD gaskets)
FHRK-certified

Application range:

Water exposure class DIN 18533: W1-E, W2.1-E and W2.2-E
Waterproof concrete stress class 1 and 2

Material:

Press plates, screws and nuts: rust-free stainless steel V2A (AISI 304)
Rubber: EPDM
Insulation ring: Styrodur (XPS)
