Press seals for district heating pipes -

Individual sealing of corrugated district heating pipes adapted to the respective corrugated pipe manufacturer.

The products ensure the individual sealing of district heating pipes in core drill holes or casing pipes. Various solutions are used to achieve the optimum sealing result.

Advantages:

Seal optimally adapted to the respective pipe manufacturer

Scope of delivery:

1 piece of press seal
Stainless steel clip rings (only for WRD seals)
1 piece Isoring split (only for WRD seals)

Dimensions:

Sealing width 40, 60, 80 or 90 mm (depending on the corrugated pipe)

Properties:

Clip rings according to the profile of the respective corrugated pipe manufacturer (only for WRD gaskets)
FHRK-certified

Application range:

Water exposure class DIN 18533: W1-E, W2.1-E and W2.2-E
Waterproof concrete stress class 1 and 2

Material:

Press plates, screws and nuts: rust-free stainless steel V2A (AISI 304L)
Rubber: EPDM
Insulation ring: Styrodur (XPS)

Tightness:

gastight and watertight to 0.5 bar
radon-proof
